Neil Coxon, Managing Director & Head Storyteller
Neil is the big boss and is also the founder of from you to me. His background in psychology helped create the early journals and this combined with his broad business experience has helped grow from you to me to its current success.
Neil started his career climbing the Human Resources ladder and was latterly an International HR Director for Orange where he spent his life travelling the world. He learnt a great deal about brand at Orange and maintains a keen focus on making sure that from you to me delivers on its brand promise.
Outside of work, you will likely find him on, or by, the sea which he loves or making a delicious dish …
Helen Stephens, Creative Design SuperHero
Helen loves creating things and coming up with new ideas.
An MBA graduate from Bath university with a placement at Kellogg university in Chicago Helen has a keen eye for growing the from you to me business and product range. With a strong technical background she was a senior manager at Orange after working as a senior consultant with Price Waterhouse.
Helen is responsible for New Product Development and the Primary School Get Kids Writing programme plus growing the business in the USA. Her email sign off says ‘Creative Director and Mila’s Mummy' which keeps her busy and out of mischief.
Jess Henshall, Design Executive
Jess is a creative all-rounder who enjoys everything from graphic design to fine art to illustration. She loves idea generation and seeing her concepts come to life.
Since graduating in Graphic Communication from Cardiff University, Jess has worked in design and marketing roles, giving her a range of useful skills which she can’t wait to bring to the from you to me table.
Outside of the office Jess enjoys painting, baking, photography and long walks… followed by a pub lunch!
Kelly Lewis, Customer Experience Champion
Kelly brings her experience in graphic design with a greetings card company to the from you to me team. Her key role is to make sure we look after our customers well whether over the phone, placing orders or finding their way around our website.
Her career spans a diverse range of small companies where she has honed such skills as administration, customer service in mail order departments and retail. With her broad knowledge of design software in technical graphic layout in printed paper products, her skills are used to full effect here at from you to me!
Kelly would describe herself as a passionate problem solver. She loves to learn new things and strives to know the in’s and out’s of how things work, to ensure maximum efficiency and maybe because she is a little nosey too!
Away from her desk Kelly is a bit of a craft enthusiast - anything from sewing to jewellery making. You may also find her snuggled up with a book, or scoffing a cream tea at a National Trust garden.
