All Made To Order products are handmade and take 3-4 working days to create. Once created they are shipped and delivery to a UK address can be expected within 2-3 working days. Timescales for delivery overseas depends on the end location.

If you order a Made To Order gift at the same time as a Stock Item gift, these will be shipped to you in separate parcels to the timescales outlined above.

All our products are sent out as letters or parcels and they rarely go missing, however if your order has not arrived after 3 working days of the expected delivery, please check to see if you have been left a card.
