UK orders for Stock Items received before midday (Monday - Friday) are picked and packed the same day and shipped via a Tracked service, which has an expected delivery of 2 working days.
Overseas orders received before midday (Monday - Friday) are picked and packed the same day and shipped via a Tracked service, where delivery timescales depend on delivery location.
MADE TO ORDER
UK Made To Order (including personalised) gifts are handmade and take 3 working days to create. They are shipped via a Tracked service, which has an expected delivery of 2 working days.
Overseas Made To Order (including personalised) gifts are handmade and take 3 working days to create and are shipped via Tracked service, where delivery timescales depend on delivery location.
ORDERING MULTIPLE ITEMS
If you order a Made To Order gift at the same time as a Stock Item gift then these will be shipped to you in separate parcels to the timescales outlined above.
Our last order dates, to ensure they are with you for Christmas, are:
•Made To Order (including personalised) is Sunday 18th December
•Stock Items is Wednesday 21st December
PACKAGING & POSTAGE
All our products are sent out as letters or parcels and they rarely go missing as we use a tracked service, however if your order hasn't arrived within 3 working days of the expected delivery please check to see if you have been left a card. However, should your order fail to turn up, or there is a problem with it, please do contact us through your order as we will be delighted to help sort this for you.
Following changes resulting from Brexit, FROM YOU TO ME deliveries are made VAT paid so that additional local VAT should not need to be paid, on receipt, in EU countries. If additional charges are made in the country that the order is sent to, then this will need to be paid for by the recipient.

CHANGE OF MIND
Should you wish to return a stock item, we will refund gifts purchased directly from us, provided they are returned within 15 working days from the date of the order in a re-saleable condition. The refund will not include the delivery charge.
Made To Order (including personalised) gifts cannot be returned.
The responsibility and cost for the return of the gift(s) lies fully with the purchaser. So please package carefully to avoid damage in the post as we can only refund saleable items and send to the returns address on your delivery note. Please include a copy of your delivery note in the parcel so that we know who to refund!
Once received and checked we will refund your account within 2 working days. Whilst items rarely go missing it is always a good idea to get a proof of posting (free service) from the post office.
If your gift is damaged or faulty when it reaches you, or a mistake has been made, we will either fully refund you including the delivery charge or you may request an exchange for a replacement. These conditions do not apply where the fault has been caused by normal wear and tear or by the customer
